Reports to:  Facilities Supervisor

Position Description:  This position will perform custodial duties in a manner that reflects professionalism in all that is done; ensure the safety and well being of all students, staff and faculty by maintaining safe practices in all job functions; and ensure that the campus is neat and orderly at all times.  Hours are 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience, demonstrated ability to perform assigned work independently with a minimum of supervision, manual dexterity and the physical ability to lift and carry safely a minimum of 50 pounds; and ability to climb a ladder.  Work with outside contractors as required.  Three years of previous custodial experience preferred.
