SPARC, established in 2017, is a workforce development pilot program partnership with Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, LP High School, and the Boy Scouts of America with the goal of career ready graduates. The program assists a group of students, freshman year through their senior year, to provide monthly industrial exposure. The school year long experience provides local industry tours, work base learning, job shadowing, speaker presentations, and internships to engage students in the types of careers that exist in the Illinois Valley Area.
