Work Location:  Main Campus, Oglesby and Ottawa Center as needed

Position Summary:  Perform testing duties including tasks such as assisting with office operations, scheduling, administering, and proctoring exams, and recording and reporting activities as they relate to the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Center while providing excellent customer service.  Administer, proctor and schedule all forms of examinations including but not limited to placement testing, high stakes/certification/national examinations, employment testing, course examinations for IVCC and distance learning examinations for other colleges and universities.  Position to begin on January 5, 2026.

Qualifications:   Bachelor’s Degree; possess strong customer service/interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, including active listening skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask; ability to work cooperatively with students, administration, faculty and staff; ability to problem solve, work independently, and collaborate effectively with members of a team; computer literate: have working knowledge of word processing and data entry; and ability to work evening and flexible hours required; one or more years' experience in a teaching, training, or testing environment preferred.
