    PERU, IL (Tuesday May 26, 2026)--NCI ARTworks is sponsoring Board Training for Arts Nonprofit Organizations on Thursday, June 25, 2026, 12pm on-site at the NCI ARTworks Gallery (400 Fifth St, Peru IL 61354 in the west wing of the Westclox Building) or via Zoom link. Training will be presented by Sally Rutledge-Ott, ACE, NFPC, President & CEO of Ottsie, LLC, a Certified Woman-Owned Supplier.
    Participants should complete registration form and submit with $25.00 per person. **Note: Only art nonprofit organization personnel will be admitted to this workshop and on-site space is limited and will be accepted on a first-come registration basis.
    Registration is complete when the form is received and fee is paid. Registration is requested no later than June 18, 2026. Checks payable to NCI ARTworks or online at www.nciartworks.com.

    Sally Rutledge-Ott, ACE, NFPC is the President & CEO of Ottsie, LLC, a Certified Woman-Owned Supplier specializing in the construction industry and nonprofit development. Ottsie, LLC holds WOSB and NWBE Certifications from the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a third-party certifier for the Small Business Administration. She is also certified by the Capitol Development Board in Illinois through their Business Enterprises Program.
    Sally has an Associate’s degree in Court and Convention Reporting and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Post graduate studies include Nonprofit Management, Organizational Management, Business Development and Business Law. Sally holds Certifications in Economic Development, Event Planning, Nonprofit Management and Strategic Planning. After her court reporting career, she entered into the world of tourism, starting the Ottawa Visitors Bureau and working under Governor Edgar’s Illinois Tourism Initiative. From there, she ran a home-based business which included freelance court reporting and national corporate and nonprofit training
     

    Sally began change management for chambers and nonprofit organizations throughout the country over 40 years ago providing facilitation and organizational development. She has trained and facilitated over 3,000 board of directors and staff. She was a guest professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, guest Lecturer at Central Washington University, and Leadership Kokomo in Indiana and has developed a Customer Service Training that has reached over 12,000 people. She holds Nonprofit Certified Executive credentials, received her Accredited Chamber Executive status in 2007 from the State of Illinois Chamber, was inducted into the American Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Circle for Million Dollars in Sales in 2010, and was ranked 3rd in the Nation for Sales. She holds Certified Chamber Executive credentials from the US Chamber of Commerce as and holds US Copyrights on Legal Policies for Nonprofit Organizations.
