Summer Camp for Youth with Epilepsy Is Back
There is a strong need for children and teens who are affected by epilepsy to be able to take part in activities without the worries of what people would think if they had a seizure or fear of being excluded. At camp, they can make friends and bond with others who understand and share the same issues while participating in a wide range of exciting activities, including zip-lining, horseback riding, archery, art, boating, and more. All activities are done with safety accommodations in place.
There are still some spots available for the 2025 camp, and parents interested in sending their child can apply at https://forms.gle/j2stwmnbraph8haBA. The cost is $100 for the two-night camp, and there is financial assistance available for those who need it. Anyone who would like to sponsor a camper or donate to the camp may do so at https://www.zeffy.com/donation-form/sponsor-a-camper-for-campossible--2025.
