About Us

The Illini Valley Association of REALTORS® is an association of Managing Brokers, Brokers, and Affiliates organized for the benefit of its members and the community to promote our common interests. As a central forum for the exchange of ideas, the association provides an opportunity for communication and presents a strong and unified voice in local, state, and national affairs. Through education and enforcement of the Code of Ethics the association enhances the professionalism and image of the REALTOR® for the benefit of the community to attain the highest level of competency, integrity and fair business practice. The Illini Valley Association is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR). We promote and inspire our members to practice real estate with the highest standards and professionalism in service to our members and the public
