    City Center Rehabilitation West, Inc. is located downtown Peru, Illinois and offers various forms of physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We are able to care for all types of needs ranging from acute to chronic pain, pre- and post-operative care, generalized weakness, amputations, and sport-specific rehabilitation and training. We accept various forms of insurances from private insurances, worker's compensation, auto accident, self-pay, Medicaid, and Medicare. In addition to rehabilitation services, we offer low-impact aquatics classes and injury prevention and sports performance training in both a group setting and an individual setting .We have a variety of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and athletic trainers that help specialize in specific aspects of the rehabilitation setting.
