Universal Banker

We are looking for a Universal Banker to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate with be the "frontline" of our bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities Perform Teller Duties Open and process retail deposit and loan accounts Open and process deposit services Sales knowledge and customer support of Business Banking services Maintain Distinctive Customer Service Skills PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction oriented Attention to detail Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
