The Class of 2002 is hosting a day-long fundraiser at Storages Bar & Grill in LaSalle, IL in honor of our fallen friend and classmate, Thomas Heitmann.

On September 19, 2011, the Saint Bede family felt a huge loss.  Captain Thomas John Heitmann, Class of 2002, was killed while flying an AH-1W Cobra helicopter that crashed during training at Camp Pendleton, a Marine Corps base in southern California.     Thomas was an amazing son, brother, uncle and friend.    He was a decorated military member and was living his dream of becoming a pilot for the US Marine Corps.
