Toni Lucas is a member of River Cities Rotary. She is the Chair of District 6420 Task Force Against Human Trafficking and serves on the District 6420 Foundation Committee. Toni has been a Rotarian for ten years, serving terms as president and secretary and has also served as Assistant District Governor. She is employed as Lay Pastor for the Albany United Methodist Church in Albany, IL.
 
Toni first became aware of human trafficking problems when she attended a leadership summit where Christine Caine spoke. Her interest was rekindled following a presentation at the 2017 Rotary International Convention. Working with District 6420, a task force was created to investigate the issues and how Rotary might be of assistance. The motto of the task force is Education for Eradication.
