Oglesby Harvest Fest to Support Soldiers' Angels

 

Oglesby Harvest Fest ~ October 5th

Soldiers' Angels, a local group that provides holiday care packages to our deployed military men and women, will be the recipient of a portion of the funds raised by competing in Oglesby's Scramble.  The Oglesby Scramble is a knock-off of the television show "Amazing Race" and features teams of two zig-zagging their way across town solving puzzles and completing tasks in a race for cash prizes.

Along with the Scramble, Oglesby will also have a Marketplace with a variety of vendors selling everything from fall produce to baked items, home decor, jewelry, crafts and more.  There will be polka music from noon until 2pm, and children's activities from 4 to 7pm.
