Cocktail Hour will begin at 5:30 PM
Program will begin at 6:15 PM
Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM

Dinner Menu
All dinners will be served with the same salad, two sides, and dessert. Attendees will have the choice of entree from the selection below.

Salad: Roasted Peanut Kale Crunch
Chopped Kale, Green Cabbage, Fresno Peppers, Peanuts, Cilantro, and Green Onions covered with a Roasted Peanut Vinaigrette

Sides: Gratin Dauphinois & Roasted California Medley
Broccoli, Carrots, and Cauliflower

Dessert: Carmel Apple turnover with Buter Pecan Whip

Entree Choices
Steak: Seared Sliced Tenderloin with Mushroom Port Demi Glaze

Chicken: Sauteed Chicken Breast with Prosciutto, Spinach, Gruyere covered with a Mushroom Cabernet Sauce

Fish: Seared Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes, Spinach, and Onions topped with a Caper Cream

Pasta: Pesto Gnocchi with Roasted Vegetables, Basil, and a White Wine Cram Sauce
