Guest SpeakerHerb O' RourkeHerb has a Bachelor of Science and Master Degrees in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.His industrial experience includes responsibilities at many levels of organizations from Management of functional/technical Departments to being an internal Management Consultant, Manufacturing Manager, as well as Vice President and General Manager, and President/CEO of an Electronics Firm.In 1988 He started His own training and consulting company (Business Growth Advisors) and for over 10 years was the exclusive management instructor for the Tooling and Manufacturing Association?s 1500 member companies. He has also been affiliated with and provided training and consulting services for the Employers Association member companies since 1999.He is an adjunct instructor in business/management for Joliet Junior College and has presented seminars and a variety of training sessions for IVCC?s Leadership Programs.He believes that learning is a lifelong process and welcomes the opportunity to share with others what he has learned throughout his career about growing and developing people and businesses to the highest level of their capabilities.
