Eagle Watch Weekend

Eagle Watch Weekend at the Starved Rock Visitor Center, Starved Rock Lodge, and Illinois Waterway Visitor Center.  9am- 4pm each day, there will be bird of prey shows and family activities.  Take a short hike to the top of Starved Rock for live eagle viewing or join the park naturalist for a guided eagle view tour.  Call for full event schedule or visit www.illinoisaudubon.org

NO ADMISSION FEE HOWEVER A TICKET IS REQUIRED
Visit Illinois Audubon Society's exhibit to pick up your free tickets.
Advance tickets ($3) will be available starting 1/1/16.

Learn about permanent residents, winter visitors and their adaptations to harsh winter conditions.

Forest Park Owls: Hiding in Plain Sight
Mark Glenshaw, St. Louis
Saturday, 1-2 p.m. & Sunday, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Engaging story reports on 10-years of observing a pair of mated great horned owls.
Photos and videos recount their lives together.

Update: Osprey Recovery Project

Youth Owl Calling Contest
