My primary experience is in construction engineering where I have served as resident engineer on various heavy highway projects. As resident engineer I am responsible for the project coordination, change order review & approval, review of contractor pay request, coordination of inspection staff, reporting to various agencies (Federal, State, and City), and various other tasks associated with construction engineering.
