Ag & Beef Festival ~ Princeton

Bureau County Cattleman Association annual Ag & Beef Festival will be Friday, June 20th from 5-9 p.m. at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton.  Princeton Lions Club will be bringing back fried Monterrey mushrooms. There will also be ribeye sandwiches and all-beef hotdogs.  There will "Barnyard Discoveries", sponsored by the Bureau County Farm Bureau,  for the kids, and Mary Pfeifer will be channeling "Patsy Cline" for entertainment.
