10 Year Anniversary of Utica Tornado

Anyone who wants to attach their name to a forthcoming tornado memorial in Utica can sign the inside of a book, "Reflections of a Twister Tragedy" left on file at Utica Village Hall by resident Linda Moyer-Halm.  Ten years ago nine were killed in a tornado that struck Utica.  The loss of life will be commemorated shortly after 6 pm.
