
IVAC's 113th Annual Dinner
Wednesday, the 10th of December
Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m.
Program begins at 6:15 p.m.
Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m
MENU CHOICES
All dinners will be served with:
Asian sesame salad- Mixed greens with carrots, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, bleu cheese, chopped pecans, chow mein noodles and asian sesame dressing
Sides - Augratin red skin potatoes
Vegetable mix (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and asparagus
Dinner Selections:
Ribeye (prepared medium) - with garlic parsley butter
Chicken Fontina - Sauteed chicken breast, roma tomato, fresh spinach, fontina cheese covered in sun dried tomato cream
Tuscan Salmon - Sauteed Salmon, blistered tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, onions and spinach in a tomato pesto cream sauce
Veggie Lasagna - Zucchini, squash, basil, spinach, onions, bell peppers, ricotta with marinara sauce
Dessert:
Caramel Cinnamon Cupcake
