The NCI ARTworks Heritage Corridor Art Explorations

PERU, IL - The NCI ARTworks Heritage Corridor Art Explorations (HCAE) 2026-2027 program lineup once again promises a variety of local events and day trips to satisfy all manner of art lovers.  HCAE is delighted to offer four outings, two in the fall of 2026 and two in the spring of 2027.

Event registration is open to everyone. Please note that with an optional $25 annual subscriber fee, you can save $15 on the cost of each event. If you plan to attend even two events, you are money ahead. The subscriber fees help offset our costs and support NCI ARTworks. It is a win-win situation!

Highlights of our upcoming year:
• September 24, 2026: Tour of the Hegeler Carus Mansion, LaSalle, followed by a delicious luncheon at the Uptown Grill.
• November 12, 2026: Travel to historic downtown Dwight for lunch at 343 Firehouse Grill, including a fascinating presentation on Gertrude Stein by Robert deOliveira. Unique boutique shopping near the restaurant after the program is an optional activity.
• March 30, 2027: You will not want to miss the bus trip to the impressive Belushi Performance Hall at the College of DuPage. The always interesting Jeff Nigro will once again present a fascinating, art-related event. Luncheon will follow.
• April 27, 2027: Luncheon at a unique venue, Gaetano’s Vault, downtown Streator. Program: Leslie
Goddard portrays Audrey Hepburn in this Breakfast at Tiffany’s themed event.
