Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will manage and call on a combination of provided warm and cold prospects to build a book of Commercial Property and Casualty clients. You will be working with a team that includes other Customer Service Representative support. We offer coverage from multiple top ranked providers, to fit the individual needs of each or our insureds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for meeting people and developing sales relationships.
• Time management and ability to multi-task.
• Goal oriented and open to making contacts via phone and networking.
• Actively pursue and develop new business for Hartauer Insurance Agency, Inc.
• Be a self-starter, demonstrate resourcefulness, and have good problem-solving skills
• Provide high-level customer service to clients using a consultative approach and relationship building such as client visits, timely inquiry responses, utilization of product knowledge, and participation in client meetings.
• Possess a strong capability with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Provide technical support to Sales Representatives (coverages, proposals, etc.) and partner with them to ensure client needs are met.
• Stay abreast of changing insurance markets and products to provide clients with the best options possible
