Guest Service Associate
Completes typical office administrative duties such as taking phone calls, responding to leads, and other coordinating functions. Maintains residentâ€™s charts; Computer data entry; Demonstrates excellent customer service; Answers telephones; Greets and assists visitors, residents and families; Assists assigned units to insure the highest quality of resident care and smooth function of the units/department. Maintains neat appearance and professional behavior in dealing with confidential chart information. Assists nursing, as needed. CNA certification preferred; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least twelve months secretarial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Must be able to read and write legibly in English. Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Must be able to calculate math figures and amounts. Possess basic personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs. Ability to speak English effectively to individuals, customers, or employees of the organization.
