Cold Food Prep/Baker
Prepares salads, sandwiches, desserts, beverages, and nourishments according to menu cycle & diet compliance. Prepares baked items in conjunction with menu. Sets up steam table with proper menu items and holds at proper temperatures. Accurately serves resident meals according to printed tray slips. Assists with meal service and kitchen staff. Contributes to overall efficiency of meal production by: Making sure that all necessary food preparation is completed for the following days meals. Making sure all necessary food preparations is completed within appropriate time frames.
