    Event Team Member

     

    Reports to: Venue Manager

    Compensation: $11/Hour

     

    SUMMARY: Event team members are responsible for setting up tables and chairs for events, directing parking, and tearing down decor and furniture at the end of every event. Additional responsibilities may sometimes include dishwashing and trash disposal. The ability to lift at least 75 pounds is required.

     

    SCHEDULE: Part time positions are available. Most shifts include weekends.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     

    • Set tables and chairs according to predetermined floor plan

    • Move rental items from the maintenance building to the venue

    • Ensure all trash is properly disposed of at the end of every event

    • Wash dishes when necessary

    • Assist the Venue Manager with any additional duties as assigned
