    Hours of Work:                        40 hours

    Position Summary:  The Programmer Analyst assists with maintaining the College's core SIS (ERP/CRM) System and works closely with internal and external teams to analyze, design, and develop software enhancements, queries, and reports.  This role is dual faceted and serves as a SME for the main application SIS (ERP/CRM) application and will provide functionality support, troubleshooting, and maintain the core application and plugins.
     
    Qualifications:  A successful candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems –OR– an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be obtained; familiarity with IT operation including a strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices; experience with relational database  reporting and query tools; experience working with Microsoft Excel and SQL or Postgres and corresponding reporting tools; environments; along with technical documentation skills, excellent customer service and good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.  Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail; good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills; thorough knowledge of one or more programming languages; and familiarity working with an integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or SIS (Student Information System) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.  Bachelor's Degree with specific coursework in Computer Science and experience working in a higher educational environment preferred.  Familiarity with Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian Banner, Jenzabar, CampusVue, or other SIS system is a plus.
