    Description: President of Illinois Valley Community College

    Reports To:  IVCC Board of Trustees

    Salary:  Commensurate with education and experience; competitive within the Illinois Community College System

    Position Summary: Serve as chief executive officer of Illinois Valley Community College and is responsible to the Board of Trustees to implement the philosophy, goals, and policies.  The position is responsible for the following areas:  budget planning, development, and management; program development and evaluation; community relations; strategic planning; personnel; representing the College at the local, state, and national level.  

    Qualifications:  Earned Master's degree required with a Doctorate degree preferred; demonstrated experience in growing enrollments; teaching experience, successful senior leadership experience, preferably within a community college; financial acumen; fundraising and resource development.

    Working Conditions:  Campus office environment
