    Description:  Electronics and Electricity Instructors, Part-Time Faculty

    Position Summary: The Division of Workforce Development is seeking enthusiastic and flexible instructors to teach and assess student learning in the Industrial Maintenance, Electronics Technology, and Electricity Programs.  Courses include Electrical Wiring, Electronics Technology, and/or Motor Control Systems.  These classes meet face to face at the main campus located in Oglesby.  

    Qualifications: Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or industrial electricity from an accredited college/university with a minimum of two years of industry experience required.  For most Electronics courses, Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or an Engineering degree from an accredited college/university required.  Demonstrated commitment to the mission of the community college required.  Programmable Logic Controllers programming and wiring experience is beneficial but not required.  Teaching experience at the college level in the technical area preferred.

    Working Conditions:  Duties are performed in the usual classroom and lab environment
