Description: Director of Admissions and Transfer Services
Salary Range: Level 11, Exempt, $63,594 to $84,791 annually
Position Summary: Lead and supervise a team of support staff in developing and administering the marketing, recruitment, admission, registration, and student record functions of the College. Additionally, the Director works closely with the Assistant Director, Counselors, and other Student Services personnel to maintain and coordinate Transfer Services and information for the college and assists the Vice President with meeting representation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or comparable professional experience required; Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Student Affairs or related field preferred. Experience working in a professional office setting, experience working with Microsoft Office, and supervisory experience required. Familiarity with an ERP system; Ellucian Colleague preferred. Previous higher educational institution experience preferred.
