    Reports To: Director of Learning Resources

    Salary Range:  Non-exempt, minimum $16.50 per hour based on background and experience; excellent benefits

    Position Summary:  The Learning Resources Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the offices of the Division of Learning Resources (LR) and the Center for Accessibility and Neurodiversity (CAN).

    Qualifications:  Required:  High School diploma or equivalent; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Minimum of two years' office management experience; Experience providing support and customer service to a diverse population; Experience handling confidential and sensitive information; Self-starter who exercises independent judgement and problem-solving skills needed to manage office operations; Ability to work collaboratively with staff in cross-functional roles.  Preferred:  Associate's degree or higher; Coursework in office administration; Experience working in an educational setting; Experience working with students with learning differences.
