    Full-Time & Part-Time positions.  Call Center Customer Service Representatives

    Work location Oglesby IL.

    Rapidly growing company looking for candidates who have availability to work between 4-8 hours per day depending on inbound call forecasts.  Multiple Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.

    The coverage hours are between:

    Part-Time - 10 am - 2 pm Monday - Friday
    Part-Time - 5 pm - 11 pm Saturday & Sunday plus 1 - 2 weekdays 10 am - 2 pm days will vary

    Full-Time -  8 hour shifts with start times from 8:00 am - 9:30 am

    Responsibilities include:

    Receive and respond to inbound calls
    Provide some outbound calling when necessary
    Greet callers with warm friendly tone and speak professionally
    Update and maintain customer information where applicable
    Ability to multi-task and work well with others

    Required experience:

    Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - Includes spelling, grammar, puncutation, capitalization
    Excellent computer literacy and problem solving skills
    Typing speed minimum of 35 wpm
    Experience in a call center environment a plus but not required
