    Customer Service Representative - Answer phones as needed and direct calls where needed. Take pickup calls. Trace shipments, including estimated time of arrival of shipment. Fax or email Bills of  Lading and/or Proof of Delivery. Generate reports, for example, customer service, unpasted, any needed by sales reps or managers. Correct bills as needed - rebills, reconsignment and redelivery. reports Filing and other duties as assigned. Hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm.
