    Description
    This position is a key member of our team. The focus of your journey with Geneva will begin with Geneva Equipment. You’ll have a pivotal role in the office, interacting with sales, logistics, marketing, and our owner. Using your organizational skills to stay on top of the details, you will wear many hats in assisting key company members with a variety of responsibilities described below.

    General Responsibilities
    • You’ll keep us humming by taking on and completing multiple tasks from a variety of requestors
    • Answering Phones/Handling client questions and other business calls
    • Assist our CEO with scheduling calls, meetings, and trips as appropriate
    • Inventory. You'll be the keeper of our inventory and photo files ( we will train you)
    • Work with vendors and customers to ensure smooth experiences
    • Be a back-up for logistics when required
    • Organizer/Keeper of shared file, especially The Black Book (we will train you)
    • Assist marketing on an occasional project by project basis
    • Data entry and file maintenance
    • Keeper of vacation and travel schedules
    • Provide additional administrative support as requested
    • Special Projects as assigned
     
     
    Skill Requirements
    • High energy, can do, positive team-oriented attitude
    • Strong administrative skills. Extremely organized. Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
    • Well versed in Microsoft Office. Willing to learn new programs as needed
    • Cool under pressure, good listener
    • Curious, life- long learner
    • Detail-oriented, independent and evaluative thinker/problem solver with a strong sense of urgency to take on challenges head-on
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
    • Effective communicator both written and spoken
    • Exceptional customer interaction skills and a strong sense of pride in treating customers right
