Burke was early in his fourth term when the city clerk brought a secret bank account to his attention. Burke alerted authorities\, and several months later in April 2012\, Rita Crundwell was led away from City Hall in handcuffs.  The previous mayor will explain how it happened\, the investigation and how the City went on to re-coup over $50 million.
