DESCRIPTION:LaSalle Elementary Schools\n\nKindergarten and Preschool Registration\n\nLaSalle Elementary Schools will be hosting their Kindergarten and\n\nPreschool Round-Up for the 2011-2012 school year. \n\n\n\nStudents registering for Preschool must be three (3) years old prior to the first day of class.  Pre-registration at Jackson School does not guarantee placement in the preschool program.\n\n\n\nPlease bring your child and the following to registration:\n\n*First time registrants MUST provide a certified birth certificate.\n\n*All students entering Kindergarten or Preschool must have a valid physical exam with all required immunizations\, prior to the first attendance day\,\n\n*Kindergarten students: Eye Exam prior to Oct 15\, 2011\n\n*Kindergarten students: Dental Exam prior to May 15\, 2012\n\n\n\nIf you have questions call Northwest Elementary School at 815-223-4006
