Joni is passionate about people\, places\, and prosperity. Serving as Executive Director of the Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development since 2015\, she has had repeated opportunities to assist project managers in finding properties\, buildings\, and financing. Joni feels these opportunities are important to the Illinois Valley whether its partnering with an expansion of a corner Mom and Pop retailer\, or negotiating rail service options for a multi-national corporation.

Her goal is to exceed the expectations of the community by engaging all appropriate resources toward economic development along the backbone of this region.
