Donna has certifications in DDI\, Achieve Global\, Myers Briggs and Change Management.  Most recently\, Donna has become a Certified Practitioner of Genos Emotional Intelligence. \n\n \n\nDonna and her husband Charlie have formed RIFFLE\, Inc.\, a communications company that offers custom-designed training\, coaching\, and facilitation uniquely coupled with a full range of creative\, broadcast and design services. Together\, they have developed and trademarked a model for Accountability and Problem Solving called Flying Above the Clouds.
