DESCRIPTION:The Village of Ladd Recreation Board will sponsor a Halloween costume parade and part at 3:00pm.\n\n\n\nThe parade will begin at North Central Bank and end at the Ladd Community Hall.  Children and grandchildren of Ladd residents are invited to attend.  Children will participate in a pumpkin hunt\, receive treat bags and be served hot dogs and chips.  IN case of inclement weather\, all activities will be held at the Community Hall. After the party\, trick or treating will be from 5 to 7:00pm.
