Patrons will make and decorate plaster casts of their faces and hands and sing and play music with a Mexican theme.  Featuring artist and folk musician Anna Strange.  Attendance is limited to 30.  Registration by October 26th.  Children must be 8 and older. Call 815-223-2341 or stop by the library.
